Delivery Areas and Ordering online

Prices quoted are for all of mainland Spain and Tenerife. For all other areas or countries please contact us for shipping costs.
When ordering online you will see in the shopping basket a dropdown menu with options.
You can place an order and collect it from us for free.
(please state day of collection)

For orders less than 30€ the shipping cost is added to your order. (see postage costs below)

For orders over 30€ you can have your order delivered to your club only but it has to be within 15kms of our address so the following clubs are included;
Quesada Bowls Club
San Luis Bowls Club
La Siesta Bowls Club
El Rancho Bowls Club
Vistabella Bowls club
La Marina Bowls Club
San Miguel Bowls Club.
For other bowling clubs not listed we will be happy to meet you or leave your order when you are playing against any of the above clubs. Please contact us for this service if required when placing your order.

As we are out visiting clubs a lot there is a lot more stock not kept on our van so to avoid disappointment it is always best to check the stock on the website and then if we have what you require please just send us a quick email telling us what you would like to order and we will make sure it is available for you the next time we visit your club.

Delivery Times

All confirmed orders that we have in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours and should arrive at your delivery address between 3-7 working days. You will need to sign for the order when delivered.

Items not in Stock to order
If the item you require is not in stock we will do our best to have the item delivered to you within 2-4 weeks.
This depends on the supplier having the item you have ordered plus when our next delivery is due from them. Sometimes it may only be a week but we will inform you of this and an approximate waiting time as soon as you place the order or if you prefer you can email us first at pococksbowlswear@gmail.com and we will let you know the approximate delivery time.

Postage Costs

You will see when you add an item to the basket there is a standard charge of 6.95 for the first item added.
Then for each extra item there is an added charge of 2.95
However, if the total order placed weighs less then 2kg we will only charge your card the first 6.95 ( This will not show on the shopping basket when you confirm the order as we cannot change it, but it will be done and will be confirmed by email.
If the order is over 2kg and up to 5kg then the extra 2.95€ will be charged.
For orders over 5kg to 10kg there will be a fee of 12€
for 10kg-15kg the fee will be 16€ and for 15kg-20kg 18€

Orders will be sent out using a secure method where you will need to sign on delivery for the item. We will do our best to ensure that packaging is robust, but we cannot be responsible for any damage caused by postal or courier services we use.


If you feel you need to to return all or part of your order please email us at pococksbowlswear@gmail.com and let us know if you wish to exchange or return the order. You may do this up to 14 days from receipt of your order for a full refund or for exchange due to wrong size ordered up to 30 days. But it is important that you follow the following instructions;

1. The items must be packed correctly and all original labels must be intact.
2. Any item returned without swing tickets and labels will not be accepted for exchange or refund. Shoes must be in the original box.
3. The goods must be unworn with no sign of wear whatsoever.
4. We recommend you use a carrier who insures the goods because it is your responsibility until they are received by ourselves.

We have done our best to give sizes on the majority of our products so please check before ordering or email us first so we can advise you. This will avoid added postal costs which would be at your expense. Size Charts are also available with some of the main bowls suppliers websites but if not we can check for you.
We understand shoes are difficult as some brands come in a small or large fitting so we will do what we can to help you if the shoes do not fit you.
As a Guide;
Drakespride Trainers tend to be a small fitting so if you are normally a size 8 or 8.5 then you should order a size 9.
Emsmorn Shoes are a wider fitting shoe so if you are normally a size 8.5 - 9 then you may find a size 8 will fit.

Faulty Items

All our goods are quality checked prior to despatch. However in the unlikely event that an item is faulty please contact us by email and let us know if you wish to have a refund or replacement. You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return to us for a full refund of the cost of the item plus the postage costs but please confirm with us first the best way to return the goods.

All items if faulty must be returned or notified to us within 14 days of purchase if a refund is required.
As with all retail clothing and footwear suppliers there are no guarantees, however if we are told of a fault with the item of clothing or shoes/sandals within 30 days we will do our best to either repair the item or have it replaced.
